Why can't I see the metadata in my browser?
Some browsers show the filename as the title. To verify metadata, right-click the saved file and check "Properties" (Windows) or "Get Info" (Mac).
Does this re-compress my PDF?
No. We only update the info dictionary and XMP metadata stream. The page content, images, and fonts remain exactly as they were.
Can I edit dates?
For simplicity, our tool currently updates the Title, Author, Subject, and Keywords. Date stamps are automatically refreshed to the current time on save.
